1) Data processed

Identity and contact data (name, email, telephone), business data (company, SIREN/SIRET, sector), insurance/risk needs, claims history, contractual and payment data if necessary, technical data and cookies (see §8). Sensitive data (e.g. health) only if essential for an insurance product, with explicit consent or on an applicable legal basis.

2) Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to enquiries, quotations, underwriting, contract/claims management: pre-contractual/contractual performance.
  • Compliance (intermediary obligations, LCB-FT): legal obligation.
  • B2B prospecting, site improvements, fraud prevention: legitimate interest.
  • Newsletter and non-essential cookies: consent.
  • Special categories (if required): explicit consent or legal insurance scheme.

3) Recipients

Insurers/reinsurers, wholesalers, payment institutions/banks depending on demand, and our subcontractors (hosting, IT, CRM, appointment scheduling, emailing, analytics).

Hosting sub-contractor: OVHcloud, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

The site is powered by Odoo (CMS/ERP solution) hosted by OVHcloud. A detailed list of service providers is available on request from contact@audita360.fr

4) Transfers outside the EU

If a service provider is located outside the EU, we apply appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, etc.). Copy available on request.

5) Shelf life

Prospects: 3 years after last contact.

Customers/contracts: duration of contract + 5 years (accounting records: 10 years).

Claims: management period + 5 years (more if contentious).

Cookies: see §8 (12 to 25 months). After these periods, deletion or anonymisation.

6) Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability, withdrawal of consent, post-mortem directives.

7) Safety

Appropriate technical and organisational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, back-ups, logging, partitioning), governed by contractual clauses with our subcontractors.

8) Cookies & tracers

  • Necessary (site operation) - exempt.
  • Audience measurement (limited/anonymised) - possible exemption; otherwise consent.
  • Personalisation/marketing - consent. Un bandeau et un centre de préférences permettent d’accepter/refuser/paramétrer à tout moment. Durée de vie maximale : 13 mois (jusqu’à 25 mois pour certaines statistiques), conservation des choix : 6 mois.

Services for professionals; parental authorisation required where applicable.

10) Modifications

Any updates will be published here, with a new effective date.
